Upheaval and unease seems to be the order of the day around me at the moment. I take heart that it soon will pass... I know deep down that I am going for my dreams and I'm creating a program to help others turn their dreams into reality. Sometimes it's very difficult to keep momentum and positivity happening in amongst all the upheaval of situations and energies. But reading this today has been what I needed. Energy in motion
Emotion is my name

Which feelings I inflame

I hold a simple truth
And speak without a word
I communicate in feelings
On subtle levels heard

If something brings you joy

For feelings hold your truth
